You may send detailed photos via email to email@example.com to receive an approximate appraisal or we will be happy to give you an appraisal during your scheduled in-store or virtual appointment. Email appraisals may not be finite as the condition of certain items must be checked in person. You will have the chance to review and approve all pricing before an item goes live! All items will be subject to authentication.
Items cannot be placed on hold without payment. To be fair to both our consignors and shoppers, we can hold an item only if we receive 1. Full payment or 2. Non-refundable deposit, which is subject to the individual item’s payment plan terms and conditions.
100% Yes! We guarantee that all items sold on our website are authentic and we take pride in being very selective of the merchandise that we accept for consignment. We follow very strict guidelines to evaluate each piece. If you believe that an item purchased from our website is counterfeit, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may assess the situation.
Use the search bar and menu to find all items that are currently on the website for sale. Please feel free to contact us if you are looking for something that you cannot find. We receive new items daily.

Any imperfections of an item listed for sale will be included in the description of that item. Photos of imperfections will be provided when possible. In the rare case that an item’s imperfections were not disclosed properly, we will authorize a return.
To reclaim your unsold items you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org one week prior to the end date of your item’s contract. You must make arrangements to pick up any unsold items that you wish to retrieve. If we do not receive an email requesting your items to be returned, your items become the property of Sorelle Oyster Bay and will be donated one week after the end date of your contract.
PLEASE NOTE: Many designer handbags and accessories are exempt from expiration and we will email you if we decide to terminate the selling period of those items for any reason. Those items will NOT be at risk of donation and we will contact you if they do not sell within a reasonable timeline.
